Troubleshooting:

1.Q: What to do if it does not shine when power on? 

A: Please check the power indicator. If the indicator does not shine, it is possible due to low battery volume, please recharge it before use. If the light keeps the same after recharge, please call for maintenance.

2. Q: The light is dim and cannot be tuned, what to do?

 A1):It may be caused by low battery volume, please use it after recharging, if there is no improvement, call for maintenance.

   2):If the dimmer can not tune the light when the battery works fine, please call for maintenance.

3.Q: Are the lights waterproof? What to do if water enters in? 

  A: PL series on-camera lights are not waterproof, cannot be used in rain, otherwise short circuit may be caused. If water entered in by accident, please ensure to use only after it is completely dry, otherwise the light body may burnout.  

Care During Use:

For PL-50,it has an internal battery module. It can be recharged through a 5v charger. When charging, the indicator on light body turns red and charging time will be 3 hours and 50 minutes to 4 hours and 40 minutes. When finished, the red indicator turns off automatically.
